Ideally, you live in Kiel or in the region between Hamburg and Kiel and are ready to travel to Kiel regularly.

As a recruiter, you take over the entire recruiting process for the Blue-Collar area with a focus on shipbuilding and adjacent business. You use targeted active-sourcing strategies to attract professionals through various digital and classic channels. With creative and precisely formulated job advertisements, you are specifically addressing the right target group and ensuring a high visibility. You accompany applicants from first contact to successful placement and ensure a positive Candidate Experience. The selection and use of modern recruiting tools is part of your everyday life in order to optimize and efficiently design processes. You build long-term relationships with candidates and act as a trusted contact person throughout the entire application process. Together with the sales team, you develop strategies for continuous improvement of talent acquisitions.

You have a completed commercial training or a study with a focus on human resources, BWL or a comparable area. First experiences in recruiting, ideally in the Blue-Collar environment or the staff service, you bring, but we are also open to cross-release. You have a strong sense of human beings and can identify and assess their potential. The use of modern recruiting tools and digital platforms is obvious to you. You work structured, systematic and do not lose sight even in challenging situations. With your communicative and creative approach, you win candidates for you and our company.
