In this key role, you act as an architect: in our integration strategy and lay the foundation for uniform standards at OBI. You are constantly developing the blueprint for the German market and are striving for our international markets to enable global growth. With your view for details, you will be able to support our control tools and make sure that all gears in our Store Support Centers (SSC) are perfectly interlocked. By integrating operational feedback, you continuously optimize our processes and adapt them flexibly to the country-specific requirements.

Set standards: Creating and strategic development of the blueprint for Germany to anchor best practices throughout the system Globally scaling: internationalization of the blueprint and ensuring the worldwide functioning of our success concepts Optimize tools: Care and development of control tools to ensure transparency and efficiency in all phases of the project Work Networked: To coordinate content and logic with the relevant areas in the Store Support Center (SSC) for smooth cooperation Using feedback: Integration of operational feedback into our processes and adapting the concepts to specific needs

Expertise: Found professional experience in PMO or strategic project management, ideally in the international retail environment Conceptual strength: ability to translate complex processes into clear structures and continuously improve them Tool-Affinity: Safe handling of modern project control tools and passion for their technological development Communication skills: Competence as a bridge builder:in between different stakeholders:in the SSC to develop common solutions Adaptability: High flexibility in adapting global standards to local market conditions
