This is what awaits you: Two-stage training programme Duration: up to 12 months Personal mentoring The following specialist tasks are waiting for you: Use creativity and freedom: As a team member, you fully support us in the preparation, planning and execution of events and sponsoring projects, as well as in the design of sales marketing measures. Take responsibility: You carry out part-projects on your own and work on comprehensive projects of the live communication and sales marketing team. These include, for example, the creation of point-of-sale material, the preparation and execution of a video shoot or the help with the organisation of the Bosch eBike appearance at the Eurobike. Reliable implementation and coordination: You support cooperation with external agencies and internal departments, marketing cooperation and sponsoring projects. You support the marketing managers in the day-to-day business and align project topics with the international marketing managers. Predictively think: You are highly responsible for your projects and coordinate the project tuning and the work packages. Configuring the future: You are creatively involved in the design of new concepts in the areas of live communication and sales marketing, as well as in the implementation of campaigns.
