In this business area WTW advises with approx. 300 employees in Germany companies in the design, design, introduction and operational management of occupational pension schemes bAV and is one of the leading companies in the market. To strengthen our team we are looking for one/n for the Wiesbaden or Reutlingen site Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) (code 202601617)

Planning & Forecasting:

You regularly update the forecast and plan annually for your business area. You develop multi-year forecasts and scenarios for future business development. You accompany strategic projects and make sure that financial goals are continuously maintained. You drive the improvement of controlling and planning processes Reporting & decision templates:

You translate complex numbers into clear, feasible recommendations for management. You will begin KPI‐, target-actual and deviation analyses. You proactively declare unclear positions and bookings in the P&L. Data & Dashboards:

You develop reports and dashboards (e.g. in Power BI) to increase the control capability. Business Partnering & Projects:

You work closely with the leadership and cross-functional teams. You guide and support interdisciplinary projects. You train and support project managers in commercial project management. You support activities to improve the cash flow position (e.g. accelerated accounting or demand open amounts).

A completed study in the field of BWL, VWL, Economics or (economic)Mathematics

Experience in the financial/controlling environment

Experience in the bAV administration ideal, but no need

Pleasure to translate complex figures into clear statements – analytically strong, structured and solution-oriented

Safe handling of Excel and high affinity for systems and data

Own initiative and sense of responsibility – you like to work independently and actively promote topics

Team spirit and ideally first experience in leadership or guidance of others

Communication strength, combined with a precise, structured operation

Very good knowledge of German and English as well as routine in dealing with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Knowledge of Power BI or a similar analysis tool are a plus
