This is your job:

You support our consultants: in private customer and corporate customer sales around all insurance topics and develop them further in sales. For stock customers:inside, you are contact person:into the topics old-age provision, securing life and business risks. You analyze customer potentials and develop unused customer potential together with the branch lines. The activation of insurance topics is one of your tasks. You carry out insurance checks in cooperation with our consultants: inside the branches assigned to you.

That's what you bring:

Training/further training: You have a training to/from the bank clerk or to/from the merchant for insurance and finance, and a further qualification, e.g. in the form of a savings bank/bank specialist study or a comparable further training. Personality & working methods: You are resilient, committed and equally performance-oriented as well as sales-oriented. Our own initiative and the ability to independently plan and organize are just as important as your mobility in the business area. Experiences & know-how: Ideally, you already have good knowledge of the insurance products of the S financial group as well as of the affiliates and advise your client: in the final and sovereign state. You can easily adjust to different customer groups. The ability to enter into a sales team: to accompany them and to coach them is just as good as social competence, empathy and persuasiveness. You are interested in new developments, digitalization, technologies & trends.
