Your tasks:

This is your job in the future Providing the development and management of the product portfolio, ensuring market and competitiveness monitoring of the entire product life cycle, from product idea to discontinued of non-performance products, and cooperation with demand planning and the S&OP process Initiation and management of new product developments and continuous improvement projects in cooperation with R&D, technical support and quality Working with sales teams to ensure compliance of products with customer requirements as well as achieving sales targets Guidance of product launches in cooperation with marketing and supply chain as well as development of sales aids (ROIs, presentations, etc.) to support the sales process Collection and analysis of market, customer and competitive data to support product strategy Definition of the strategic orientation of the product segment and implementation of the Go-to-Market strategy Responsibility for pricing strategies and monitoring the profitability of the product segment *Sic production of high product standards in terms of user experience and design

Your qualifications:

Your profile At least 3-5 years of experience in product management, with demonstrable success in managing international product portfolios Stark expertise in sales in various markets, ideally in a multichannel environment Expressed analytical skills and a practical approach to product management and the ability to develop and implement strategies based on market data and business insights Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage projects in several countries as well as strong interpersonal and collaborative skills Safe handling of Excel and confidentiality with relevant computer systems Start presentation and communication skills to convey product strategies, new product launches and performance indicators to internal and external stakeholders Funded English skills Pensum of 3-5 days per month for missions
