Employee in credit valuation with a focus on process management (m/f/d)

Short description We design and optimize business processes to ensure an efficient and customer-oriented end-to-end process landscape. We attach great importance to quality, transparency and continuous improvement. To support our credit evaluation team, we are looking for a dedicated expert who wants to actively participate in the further development of our processes. Your contribution to the Tech service provider Customer service: credit evaluation of construction financing of DKB AG and support of client concerns or third parties in connection with credit validation by phone and in writing. Analysis & Documentation: Resumption and regular review of sub-processes as well as their demarcation and scope. Process objectives & control: Participation in the determination of process targets and monitoring of target achievement based on process parameters (PPI). Optimization: Support for continuous improvement (CVP) and stabilization of process processes. Release & Quality Assurance: Preparation of the Finalization and Release of Processes in the Process Management Software Workflow. Interface management: cooperation in networking processes and defining cooperation with other business areas. IKS topics: support in risk analysis, development of controls and documentation under the Internal Control System (IKS). Communication: coordination with clients and relevant stakeholders as well as preparation of presentations and evidence.

That's what you bring Your know-how: a commercial training, ideally a bank training. Interest in valuing construction finances and in process management, organisational development and quality management. Analytical thinking, structured working methods and high learning readiness. Safe handling of MS Office; first experiences with process management tools are of advantage.
