Organisation, coordination and follow-up of appointments, meetings and events Administrative and organisational support of department management Creation, revision and maintenance of presentations, reports and documents Content and formal examination of documents Resolution of publications (e.g. Federal Scoreboard, Internet, Transparency Register) Examination, processing and approval of invoices Creation of order requirements in SAP and support in the procurement process of office materials and technical equipment of employees Processing of input and general correspondence Support for special financial tasks Close cooperation in the team and support of colleagues Takeover of representations (presidential assistance, insurance, data protection officer)

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Professional experience in an assistance function, ideally in the financial or administrative environment Very good organizational skills and structured working Embossed team skills and communication strength High discretion, reliability and sense of responsibility Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP knowledge of advantage
