Therapeutic Specialist Vocational Training (m/f/d)

Campus Mensch is a non-profit holding company that supports people with disadvantages and promotes their social participation. The non-profit workshops and housing companies GmbH (GWW) offers individual support in the areas of housing, work, day structure and education.

We are looking for two dedicated therapeutic professionals (m/w/d): one to the 01.07. for our BBB location in Gärtringen and one to the 01.09. for our BBB location in Calw. In this role you contribute your expertise, empathy and creativity to actively promote the individual development of people.

Your tasks Planning, implementation and further development of individual support services to promote self-employment, skills and social participation Accompanying participants in everyday life and support in life-structural tasks, communication and social interaction Participation in individual participation planning and implementation of agreed funding measures Close cooperation in the team and coordination with relatives, external experts and other stakeholders Documentation of developments and measures and active participation in quality assurance and further development of the offers

That draws you Completed therapeutic training or studies (e.g. ergotherapy, logopedia, medical education or comparable) Experience in working with people with support needs desirable Embossed social skills and empathy Teamability and independent and structured working methods Interest in vocational training and individual promotion of participants
