Construction Manager Revitalization of Existing Properties (m/f/d)

As a building manager (m/w/d) revitalization, you coordinate challenging renovation projects from the first breakthrough to the turnkey transfer. Crafts & Partner Management: You identify powerful craftsmen, check heart and kidney deals and conduct autonomous procurement negotiations for our projects. Gewerk-Controls & Coordination: You guide all the teams involved from demolition to interior design and ensure a smooth interaction at the construction site. Focus Upgrading & Roofing: You monitor the sensitive interfaces between existing and new floors, especially with regard to statics, timber construction and sealing. Construction progress & appointment control: You have the deadlines fixed and control the construction process proactively to ensure a turnkey transfer. Solution-oriented inventory management: You are constantly equating planning with the reality on site and immediately find technical solutions for structural surprises. Quality Assurance & Acceptance: You monitor the craftsmanship (e.g. insulation and sound protection) and carry out the formal decreases with the after-contractors. Cost & Return Management: You keep the budgets in mind, check invoices and tax the necessary additional services in the stock in a sovereign and economic way. Security & documentation: You are responsible for work security at the construction site and run a complete digital project documentation.

Foundation training: You are a civil engineer, architect or you have a further training on the construction technician or Masters in the building industry (e.g. carpenters or masons). Experience in existence: You have already managed projects in the field of renovation, modernization or roof construction and know the yards that build on them. Technical know-how: You have a secure understanding of statics, building physics (especially heat and sound protection) and ideally have experience in modern timber construction. Negotiations: You have a sense of cost, you can examine offers professionally in depth and enter in contract negotiations with craft businesses safely and thoroughly. Legal certainty: You are safe in dealing with the VOB and the common rules (DIN standards, national regulations). Digital competence: You use common software for building time planning and documentation directly on site on the tablet or laptop. Solution-oriented personality: You are an organizational institution that does not lose its head in unforeseen construction sites, but finds pragmatic solutions.
