You are testing, service and driving CNC milling machines, especially Heidhain, in single-layer operation to produce demanding aviation and mechanical engineering parts in small series. The quality of the components is ensured by precise testing according to the drawing specifications and by operating the coordinate measuring machine. You take the careful documentation of production processes and test results using modern software. Actively bring your ideas to the continuous improvement of workflows and manufacturing processes. You support the team in CAM programming for the creation of new and serial productions.
You have experience in CNC milling (metal) – either through a suitable training (e.g. machining/industrial mechanics) or through practice. You have experience with at least 3-axis systems.
