(Senior) Operations Data Analyst (m/f/d)

You take the end-to-end responsibility for the analysis and further development of our operating processes and identify data-based optimization potentials along the entire supply chain In close cooperation with Data Science and IT, you design and implement simulations, forecasting models and ML logics to optimize our operational planning, especially in personnel and tour control. You evaluate the impact of optimization measures, guide action recommendations and ensure that improvements are sustainably anchored in the daily business As an analytics expert:in the field of operations, you structure, analyze and visualize complex logistics data and create a resilient basis for strategic business decisions You are responsible for the quality, consistency and further development of our reporting structures and ensure transparency in all relevant KPIs You drive the development of new dashboards and reporting logics and help teams work data-driven You bring a hand-on mentality, think entrepreneurial and enjoy making the future of the bottle mail measurable with your impulses

You have successfully completed your studies of (economic) informatics, mathematics, logistics or data science and already several years of experience in the data analytics environment, ideally in logistics or operations You are strong in SQL and Power BI – ideally complemented by knowledge in Python and Databricks You can communicate complex analyses clearly and understandably – whether in dashboard or in conversation with stakeholders You work structured, independent and with high quality standards You recognize relationships between data and processes quickly and develop practical solutions You speak fluent German and bring good English skills
