You serve our homes. You will process rent questions about the duration of the rental relationship. You cancel lease notices and carry out new rentals. You carry out rental adjustments and introduce smaller repair and reconstruction measures in cooperation with the technical property management. You commission and control FM operators and other building services companies. You continuously optimize the object management processes and costs. You shall examine the operating cost calculations and determine the transferability. You will ensure the disposal and disposal of the properties you are looking for. You undertake the creation of maintenance budgets and object strategies in cooperation with asset management. You contribute to the further development of internal processes and participate in projects.

You have a degree (Bachelor) to the Business Administration (m/w/d) and professional experience in a comparable activity. Alternatively, you have completed an apprenticeship with the real estate businessman (m/w/d) and have an additional qualification, e.g. real estate specialist (m/w/d) or comparable qualification and long-term professional experience in the real estate industry. You have very good knowledge of rental law. You are distinguished by good MS Office knowledge, SAP knowledge is advantageous. You like to introduce themselves with new ideas and have a high level of sense of responsibility. You have a safe appearance in customer dialogues and good communication skills with customers and the specialist department. You like to work in the team.
