Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate and develop a team of over 150 professional employees in the fields of customer service, HR, technology, fleet and production in the 2-layer system. Process optimization & efficiency enhancement: Analyze and optimize our production and logistics processes to bring efficiency, quality and delivery to top level. Your focus is on innovation and the implementation of smart solutions. Manage customer relationships: Ensure highest customer satisfaction in the B2B segment by practicing and expanding our customer relationships. You are the face of the location to the outside and you are looking for long-term partners.

Academic background: A successful study in the field of business management, engineering, logistics, supply chain management or a comparatively detailed study. Relevant leadership experience: You already have several years of professional experience in a comparable, full-time management function (e.g. production line, branch line, factory line, production line, business unit management or comparable).
