You conduct the commercial areas independently – from finance to personnel to IT. In doing so, you think strategically, tax-effectively and consistently develop internal structures This means:

Total responsibility for financial and accounting, controlling, personnel, insurance, law, IT & digitization, fleet and license management Building and developing efficient commercial processes and structures Participation in daily business and close cooperation with the management Creation of reports, analyses and planning (month reporting, budget, forecast, liquidity, investments) Introduction and further development of controlling tools and KPIs Management of the commercial team and control of external partners Auditing and negotiations with business partners Risk management and development of counter-strategies Regular reporting to management and stakeholders
