Your training In your training as an industrial buyer, you will learn all the essential business processes from A to Z and are actively involved in the daily processes. You develop within a maximum of three years, with professional training in the block system, into a versatile commercial specialist who knows and masters all the relevant processes of a modern service company. Purchasing & Procurement – Pick up, compare, trigger orders and monitor delivery dates Order processing – collect, test and process orders on time Accounting – Control payment inputs, collect and evaluate costs Sales & Customer Care – Calculate offers, maintain customer data and process service requests Marketing & Advertising – Plan campaigns, support social media content, create advertising material Logistics & Shipping – Organize deliveries and coordinate cooperation with service providers Human Resources – Job applications, organize job interviews and maintain personal files Controlling – Analyse key figures, create reports and monitor budgets
