IT Support Staff (m/f/d)

In our IT team, you are the first point of contact for our users and ensure that technology works reliably. With your technical know-how, your service orientation and your structured approach, you can secure the smooth IT operation and actively contribute to projects and improvements.

User support: You support our employees by phone and via the ticket system in 1st and 2nd level support. Problem solution: Analyzes faults in hardware and software and fixes them independently and sustainably. Installation & operation: Installation, configuration and regular updating of PCs, laptops, ThinClients and printers is your responsibility. IT projects: For internal IT projects, you actively participate and take clearly defined tasks independently. Training & Consulting: Through training and personal advice, you support users in safe handling of IT systems. User management: The installation of users as well as the maintenance and awarding of permissions can be carried out reliably.

Qualification: You have successfully completed a completed IT training (e.g. specialist in system integration) or a comparable qualification Support experience: First practical experience in IT support (1st/2nd level) and in the support of users you could ideally already collect. Technical understanding: knowledge in Windows operating systems, common hardware and standard office applications are your tools. Service orientation: A friendly appearance, clear communication and a pronounced solution orientation are what distinguishes you.
