Consultant for Coordination of Construction Projects (a*)

You represent HNE in the coordination and coordination of construction projects with external companies and Hamburg authorities. You receive inquiries from third parties and other cooperation partners, bring them together and prepare them structuredly. The control of construction measures in cable and cable construction is also part of your task. In close coordination with the legal department, you bring contractual agreements on your way and accompany their design. You also bring the interests of the company into urban organization projects. For communication around construction sites, you take responsibility and ensure a reliable flow of information. Together with external stakeholders, you develop comprehensible and transparent communication channels for ongoing construction measures. In addition, you build a resilient internal and external contact network in the context of HNE's construction projects and continuously develop it.

You have a completed (special) degree in engineering, urban planning, geography, or in a comparable field. Ideally, you have experience in coordinating construction projects and in communicating infrastructure projects. Project experience is an advantage. Empathy, social thinking as well as a safe handling of stress and conflict situations characterize you. You bring good communication skills and diplomatic enforcing capability, and at the same time convince with a high level of commitment. You are mobile with a class B car driver license.
