Facility Manager (m/f/d)

For the smooth operation of our buildings, technical facilities and external surfaces, you keep an overview at any time. Together with the Facility Management, you monitor building technology, PV systems and statutory testing and maintenance periods and ensure their proper operation. Smaller repair and repair work is carried out independently and detects needs for action as part of regular inspections and inspections at an early stage. The coordination and supervision of external crafts, maintenance and service companies is your responsibility. Together with our Facility Manager, you support operational and organizational topics around our locations. For our locations in St. Augustin, Cologne, Koblenz, Mainz and Berlin as well as for our landlord, you are a competent contact person and also assists in moving and events.

A successfully completed artisanal vocational training, for example as a plant mechanic (w/m/d) for sanitary, heating and air conditioning (SHK) or as Electronics (w/m/d) for energy and building technology, is the basis for your qualification. In addition, you have at least three years of professional experience in technical building operations, facility management or a comparable environment. With the common Microsoft-365 applications, in particular Outlook, teams, Word and Excel, you will be safe and routined. The use of mobile apps for maintenance, service and ticket processes is obvious to you. A structured digital documentation as well as the comprehensible coverage of the actions carried out are your work. For trips between our locations and locations, you have a class B licence.
