Project Management Residential Construction (Civil Engineer, Architect) (m/f/d)

In this versatile and responsible function, you take over the project management for new, re- and extension buildings in the area of housing construction. In doing so, you control all phases from planning to realization to completion and bear the technical and commercial responsibility. Your main tasks include: Implementation of location and potential analyses, cost estimates, feasibility studies, inventory surveys and cost-effectiveness studies, and the creation of decision-making templates Collection of user requirements, creation of space programs and development of time and action plans Representation of ownership interests to authorities, distributors and disposal agents, neighbours and users Conception of heat and energy supply taking into account sustainability, cost-effectiveness, quarter solutions and efficiency standards Preparation and implementation of procurement procedures for planning, engineering and construction services by VOB and VgV Exercise of the client function and technical assistance/monitoring during the planning and construction phase to ensure appointment, cost and quality objectives Subsequent management, including verification of claims and defence of unauthorised claims

Qualification: Completed university degree (Diplom [FH] or Bachelor) of Architecture, Civil Engineering or Comparative Qualification Competences: Mind. 3 years of experience in the work as a civil engineer or architect, in particular in the control and monitoring or in the planning and design of construction projects Experience in the assignment and control of architectural and engineering services and in the project management in the implementation of new housing or renovation projects Experience in carrying out and testing economic analysis Comprehensive experience in the realization of efficiency houses and the design of the respective heat and energy supply Good knowledge of building, contract and contract law (e.g. BauGB, LBO, HOAI, VOB, VgV, UVgO) Secure IT user knowledge Microsoft Office, CAD (e.g. ArchiCAD) and ideally other industry-specific software such as Microsoft Project Other: Green and careful operation with high reliability Good organisational skills, economic thinking and acting skills Ability to work quickly into changing tasks Good and rapid understanding Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Very good expressiveness in word and writing, pronounced communication skills Customer- / address-oriented behavior, pronounced and targeted negotiation skills Ability to act in a team-oriented manner, critique and social competence Good judgment, combined with the ability to make (difficult) decisions and take responsibility Willingness to participate in (tlw. multi-day) training/service travel throughout the federal territory driving licence class B/3 and the willingness to conduct motor vehicles independently Successful participation in the selection process requires the requirement profile to be met.
