Responsibility for the entire product management process: identifying opportunities, validating with customers, setting priorities, balancing and ensuring successful introduction. Close cooperation with engineers and designers to develop scalable, future-oriented solutions – including definition and tracking of clear performance indicators. Meeting outcome-oriented decisions based on qualitative and quantitative findings – at a high speed in implementation.

That's what you bring At least 2 years of experience in product management in the B2B SaaS environment – ideally with responsibility for complex, customer-oriented product areas. Detectable successes in dynamic, rapidly changing environments. Impressed team skills and the ability to build trust and credibility among engineers, designers, sales and customer-success teams. Talent to convince, align and take part in a wide range of stakeholders. The ability to develop convincing product visions and stories that link initiatives with clear results. Passion for innovation and the drive to create real added value for our users. Your profile Experience in a start-up or scale-up where speed, pragmatism and iterative procedures are crucial. Strategic understanding of current and emerging AI trends – always focusing with the user's added value. High self-responsibility, resilience in uncertainties and the ability to maintain long-term relationships internally and externally. Safe handling of data analysis, scripting and automation to support product discovery and experiments. Strong curiosity and innovative strength – ready to quickly test, learn and transform the experience into real added value for our customers.
