The responsibility for the further development, implementation and control of internal communication is one of your tasks. You ensure a dialog-oriented communication flow and ensure both a functioning top-down and bottom-up communication. In addition, you take over the further development of internal communication channels (intranet, collaborative app, podcast) and create synergies with the other BGE channels. In addition, you can coordinate, moderate and design events and fairs including online formats within the context of the event management.

You have completed university studies (master or diploma), preferably with professional reference to the enrolled place. Multi-year leadership experience is expected. Long-term professional experience in corporate communication, preferably in internal communication, in public relations or with digital channels, is required. Methodology competence in storytelling, experiences from science communication, moderation experience and/or experience with the control of multimedia projects are assumed.
