Operational contact (w/m/d) for the customer for all FM performances in the area of responsibility Planning, coordination and control of technical and infrastructural services for the supervised objects Control and evaluation of service providers, processing of complaints, information and advice from users Implementation of object and warranty visits incl. Documentation and enforcement of warranty claims Maintenance and updating of technical and infrastructural master data, ensuring all audit and documentation obligations Participation in environmental and energy management (data collection, plausibility, derivation of measures) Ensuring a timely, correct settlement including cost allocation, analysis of deviations and derivation of optimization measures Support of projects and special tasks as well as identification of optimization and additional order potentials

Complete technical or commercial training with additional qualification in facility management or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in technical/infrastructural facility management Good knowledge of relevant legal requirements, standards and guidelines (e.g. operator obligations, occupational safety) Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with CAFM systems and reporting Understanding cost structures, accounting processes and key figures in the FM Communication and enforcement strength in handling customers, users and service providers Analytical thinking and joy in optimising processes and costs readiness for occasional missions or Operations at other locations
