Examination of invoices for tax and legal requirements and introduction of necessary corrective measures Collection and booking of credit transactions and clarification of payment differences Creation of initial invoices and responsibility for dunning Interaction with internal and external contact persons (m/w/d) about the creditoric and debitoric accounting Processing and maintenance of debitor and creditor master data Working in exciting IT projects to further advance digitalisation in the field Participation in the design and definition of processes for new business incidents and the introduction of own ideas Support for preparatory activities for the financial statements

Passion for accounting as well as a commercial or tax training, ideally complemented by additional economic qualification A structured and reliable operation and preferably experience in the handling of account accounting processes Ideally routine in handling IT applications such as SAP and MS Office as well as an affinity for IT and process design Precise work up to the post office without losing sight of the essential Security in dealing with numbers, combined with a discrete and timely operation An independent way of working and at the same time enjoying teamwork Very good knowledge of German and the ability to communicate at least to B2 level in professional and social situations
