Full time in Soest, hybrid (HR-6523) Support for a fixed group of employees (about 500 MA) in all HR-administrative topics Preparation, implementation and coordination of the monthly payroll with the external pay office Care and quality assurance of personnel master data in the HR systems Collection, testing and clarification of all accounting data Ensuring payroll including account clarification Main contact partner for external payroll service provider Monitoring of external audits (LSt, SV, annual accounts, audits) Processing and control of requests from the HR-Sammelpostfach Preparation of evaluations, statistics and certificates Contact persons for employees, authorities and social security institutions Participation in monthly and annual accounts Further development and optimization of payroll processes Close cooperation with HR and Finance and takeover of small projects

Commercial training, ideally BWL-Studium Mind. 4 years of HR experience Very good knowledge of labour, tax and social security law Proactive, pragmatic problem-solving competence Secure handling of MS Office, IT and HR systems Joy of project work High reliability, trustworthiness and team capability Analytical and careful operation Strong communication and network capability Very good knowledge of German and English
