Your challenge

• Self-employed and responsible implementation of work and tasks in the field of domestic engineering services
• Monitor the order and the perfect overall condition of the supervised properties and control of buildings and technical installations
• Implementation of small repairs and maintenance and repair work
• Reporting of identified deficiencies and special events

You'll convince (m/w/d), Metallbauer (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Mechatroniker (m/w/d) or comparable training and experience as Haustechniker (m/w/d) / Hausmeister (m/w/d)

• German knowledge and driving licence class B are of advantage
• An additional qualification as an electronically instructed person is advantageous
