At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as a project buyer / Baukaufmann (w/m/d) for the DB InfraGO AG business segment at the Dresden site. Your tasks: You secure the commercial project success and tax the projects assigned to you in terms of budget, quality and dates Individually analysing project data, creating cost and financial structures as well as deviation analyses and providing meaningful reports for project management to You update project-related data in the relevant IT systems and evaluate commercial key figures to evaluate the project profile In close coordination with the stakeholders, you evaluate the performance and cost levels and contribute to the allocation structure and planning You carry out business tasks in contract and change management and respond to regular and order-related requests for your projects Opportunities and risks are kept in mind, take appropriate countermeasures at an early stage and ensure compliance with applicable policies, standards and legal requirements
