To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable Objector (m/w/d) in building cleaning at the next time.

Your tasks

• Organisation, control and monitoring of cleaning services in the supervised customer objects
• Regular customer support and ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Guided and operational planning of cleaning staff including work and holiday planning
• Introducing new employees
• Representation of employees in maintenance and glass cleaning on holiday or illness
• Responsibility for procurement and the need-oriented use of equipment, equipment and detergents
• Compliance with budget requirements and implementation of quality and performance controls

You bring that with

• Multiannual professional experience in building cleaning, ideally in senior or coordinating function
• Experience in the management and deployment planning of employees
• Self-employed, structured and reliable operation
• Flexibility in working hours from 5:00 to 17:00
• Class B
• Secure handling of MS Office, especially Word and Excel
• Friendly and professional appearance as well as strong team skills
• Organisational skills and responsibility
