You handle transports on all modes of transport on time and taking into account the specification of the goods to be loaded, the legal requirements and economic aspects and create all necessary transport documents Your tasks include the organisation of transport and auxiliary services, as well as communication with forwarding, business and other specialist departments As a contact person for the employees from loading and packaging, you also ensure a smooth coordination The responsible handling of dangerous goods transports in the function as a commissioned person and the processing of complaints are in your area of responsibility In addition, you are continuously contributing to the improvement of interfaces and processes at the sites, control predictions and release them for payment The monitoring of the tariffs negotiated by the freight purchase is also part of your task As part of the position, you will participate in new SAP topics and IT projects and take over the handling of sensitive special projects, trade fairs and trials within the EU and third countries

You have a completed three-year professional training as well as at least two years of professional training or alternatively many years of professional experience. As well as knowledge in MS Office and SAP, you can learn technical understanding and good English skills In addition, knowledge in the field of external economic law, export control and the War Weapons Control Act and their implementation in shipping are ideal You are trained in handling hazardous goods (road/sea) and cargo securing In addition, a passed weapons certificate examination as well as a valid certificate according to § 20 explosives law is desirable A secure application of the Incoterms completes your professional profile
