We are looking for an experienced specialist in business travel management for the duration of a parental leave until March 2028. The activity can be carried out largely remotely and includes the planning and supervision of global business trips. These are your tasks Advising our employees on global business trips: You are available to our employees as a competent contact person for travel planning Scheduled planning, organisation and booking of global travel activities: You are responsible for the comprehensive organization of travel (transport, accommodation, etc.) and assemble all necessary travel documents for the traveller Booking business trips in GDS systems, Amadeus Selling Platform Connect: You use the Amadeus booking system to plan travel efficiently and make changes or cancellations if necessary Support for the organisation of external events: You support our team in organizing external events by coordinating the travel and accommodation arrangements of participants Application for business and work visas: In close cooperation with authorities, embassies and agencies, you ensure that all necessary visas are applied in time and provide relevant information to our employees and customers for entry
