They are responsible for the overall human and economic management of the Health and Care business unit, including fully and partially stationary facilities, as well as outpatient services and quarterly projects. They are responsible for the strategic further development of the organisational and supply structures as well as the personnel acquisition and retention of the business unit. In your area of responsibility, the negotiation of performance agreements and charges with the cost providers is in accordance with the statutory requirements. They are part of the management team and work confidently with the management, interfaces and the works council. Your competence is to build and maintain cooperations as well as body and network work for your area.

They have a degree in business management, social/health management or comparable. Your multiannual leadership experience, ideally acquired in the social economy or in the service sector, empowers you to conduct the business. It is desirable that you have comprehensive knowledge of the care sector. With your innovative and entrepreneurial thinking, you are actively contributing your ideas to the further development of future-oriented services.
