1st-level support for fleet customers using remote service software platform

Proactive state analysis of engine and plant data, oil analysis as well as defining initial measures and information of the service areas

Monitoring of maintenance and administration of the associated software tool

Installation and monitoring of the functions of the monitor ring platforms for customers and internally

Recording and processing of customer requests by phone or email in the Helpdesk

Use and data management of a cross-border ticket system

THE WHICH WE UNS Successfully completed technical training or qualification as a master or technician as well as several years of professional experience, e.g. as a service technician

Experience in the field of service, plant operation, commissioning or comparable areas

readiness for shiftwork and readiness to call

Knowledge of configuration and operation of (core) monitoring systems

German language skills (C1) and good English skills in word and writing (B1)
