Development of a systematic M&A pipeline You help build and maintain a structured Deal Pipeline. To do this, you identify potential acquisition targets, analyze industry developments, evaluate business models, market positions and growth potential, and develop long and shortlists along our strategic search fields. Market and competition analyses You analyze international markets, technologies and competitors in terms of attractiveness, consolidation potential and strategic relevance. With the help of established frameworks such as Market Mapping, White Spot Analysis or Strategic Fit Assessments, you are conducting concrete recommendations for action. Support for strategic transactions You support M&A projects across all phases – from the first market analysis, business cases and corporate assessments to the preparation of due diligence, management presentations and decision-making templates for management and management. Market and Competitive Intelligence You continuously develop our market and competitive databases and keep track of relevant market companions, trends, technologies, start-ups and consolidation movements within our target markets.

The basis is a very successful university degree (Master) of Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance or a comparable discipline. First professional experience or relevant internships in the field of strategy consulting, corporate development, M&A, transaction advisory, corporate finance or audit characterize your previous career.
