Safety and reliability are the first priority for our highly complex systems and products. We are looking for a dedicated safety manager (m/w/d) to support our project teams and to secure national and international standards. In this key function, you shape the security architectures of tomorrow and form the central link to customers, suppliers and authorities. Your tasks: Central contact person for project and product teams as well as responsibility for all security-relevant internal and external interfaces to customers, suppliers, development partners and auditors Implementation of system analyses for risk identification, assessment of safety concepts and derivation of specific safety requirements to the disciplines Hardware, Software and Mechanics Creation of development-related and release-relevant security documentation and implementation of impact analyses in product changes and improvements Continuous monitoring and evaluation of compliance with all processes necessary to achieve the defined safety objectives Participation in the planning of product verification and validation as well as detailed evaluation of the results with a view to fulfilling the safety requirements Development of in-house safety methods and standards as well as active cooperation in higher-level bodies such as the CoC Safety or Working Groups of the BAAINBw

Successfully completed technical studies (Diplom, Master) in the fields of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or computer science First profound experience in the practical application of the Product Safety Act as well as knowledge and experience in quality and configuration management Funded knowledge in SysML/UML, modern software development and test methods as well as safe handling of various analysis tools English knowledge in word and writing Quick conception combined with high persuasion, enforcement and conflict management skills as well as strong experience in the moderation of interdisciplinary teams Global readiness
