You take over the permanent representation of the nursing service in the mobile service. You work in a mobile service with diverse areas and varied activities. You plan touring and set up the service plans for the team. You shape and monitor the care process both professionally and organizationally. You're making a complete and quality-secured care documentation. You are a contact person for customers, relatives, colleagues and cooperation partners (m/w/d).

Complete training in nursing and nursing. PDL qualification and leadership experience are desirable Experience in Mobile Service Car driving licence desire for responsibility as a permanent representation of the care service management in the mobile service courage and willingness to go new ways and actively shape our offers You work structured, independent and enjoy team leadership and communication
