To strengthen our project team S/4 HANA at the Ettlingen site near Karlsruhe, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated

Werkstudent (m/w/d) Projektassistenz/ Projektmanagementsupport SAP S/4 HANA Ettlingen | Parttime | from now on | terminated until 30.04.2027

As part of our ongoing S/4HANA transformation project, the Project Management Office (PMO) supports transparency, structure and quality in the project. You work closely with project management, departments and our external partners – and you will learn real enterprise project practice.

This role is ideal for students who like to structure, organize, think ahead and take responsibility.

Project management & transparency Support in tracking tasks, risks and issues Maintenance of project roadmaps, dependencies and milestones Creation of status reports, presentations and decision documents Communication & Workshops Support in the preparation and moderation of workshops (Agenda, documents, protocols, follow-ups) Support for internal communication (Newsletter, Change Information, Project Update) Structure and governance Care of storage structures (teams / SharePoint) Ensuring consistent use of templates (Status reports, protocols, RASIC, OKRs)

Studies in Business Informatics, BWL, Computer Science, Project Management, etc. Joy of structure, organization and communication First contact points with project management (uni, internships, own projects) Safe handling of MS Office; ideal: first experiences with Jira, SharePoint Proactive thinking & lust to take responsibility Very good German and good English skills (French or Polish are also welcome)
