Studied engineering in the field of microelectronics, physics, semiconductor technology, electrical engineering, materials science, etc. Multiannual professional experience in project work and/or project management in Semiconductor Packaging Enthusiasm for the engineering development of process solutions in semiconductor technology An analytical and cross-departmental way of thinking, self-initiative, team skills and very good organizational skills Willingness to travel abroad as part of customer visits and cooperation with our colleagues abroad Very good English skills in word and writing Our employees appreciate this
