Strategic and operational management of quality assurance in the company Monitoring and improving all quality-relevant processes along the value chain Development of product and product family strategy incl. Roadmap and technical specifications Analysis of quality indicators, introduction of appropriate corrective and preventive measures Close coordination with production, development and purchasing to ensure quality objectives Professional and disciplinary leadership of the QS team

Complete technical vocational training, ideally complemented by a further education to master, technician or technical studies Multiannual experience in quality assurance Safe handling of measuring and testing equipment as well as sound know-how in statistical analyses and testing procedures Embossed leadership and excellent communication skills Very good knowledge in handling ERP systems and MS Office Additional further developments in quality assurance, such as test techniques and measurement methods, are desirable. Good knowledge of English
