We are looking for

Projekt Coordinator (m/w/d) im Customer Service & Supply Chain Location: Nürtingen bei Stuttgart und remote

With your direct colleagues, your work in managing and coordinating our devices with internal and external customers is a key factor in your satisfaction.

These are your most important tasks You are responsible for the device management process (including configuration, order collection, delivery tracking, billing etc.)

In our service management process, you are our project coordinator and attends the registration of service contracts as well as the associated maintenance plans

With our shared service center you work closely together in the daily routine and in search of continuous process improvements

In Salesforce (CRM tool) and in cooperation with sales, service and customers, you will take care of the management of our installed systems

You coordinate the delivery of equipment in cooperation with our service

Your customer orientation becomes particularly important in the processing of non-technical complaints, the development of solutions proposals and their implementation as well as in the monitoring of open orders regarding delivery dates and accounting.

as you bring You have a degree in the field of supply chain, a commercial training with further education in this field or a comparable degree and convince us with your service

Good Excel basic knowledge is required

Nice-to-have but no requirement is first experience with Salesforce

We are also pleased to have experience in commercial management and SAP skills

You have fun working in an international environment and are a strong team player in collaboration with sales, service and customers

We expect very good German knowledge (at least C1) for customer contact as well as sufficient English knowledge (at least B1) for internal communication
