HR Specialist Schwerpunkt Recruiting & Employer Branding (m/f/d)

You support the implementation of employer branding and HR communication measures. You enter and care for our HR social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn and Instagram) and start matching content. You form and optimierst job advertisements and ensure professional and value-adding applicant communication. You support in the operational recruiting process, take the pre-selection of applications, organize appointments and agree closely with our departments. You create and prepare employment contracts. You work with generalist HR topics as well as administrative tasks. You support European HR projects from Opteven Group.

You have completed training or studies in the field of human resources management, communication, marketing or a comparable qualification. You bring 2–3 years of professional experience in HR, ideally focusing on recruiting, employer branding or personal marketing. You convince with very good communication skills and a secure feel for texts. You work structured, carefully and independently. You have good knowledge of English for cooperation in an international environment. You are team-ready and are interested in modern HR work.
