We are a successful and growing company and are looking to strengthen our subsidiary FORTEC Power in Sachsenheim near Ludwigsburg Product & Projekt Administrator (m/w/d) Parttime 20-25h FORTEC Power GmbH, based in Riedstadt and Sachsenheim, is a medium-sized company and part of the internationally active, listed FORTEC Group. With around 30 employees at the Sachsenheim site, FORTEC Power develops and produces high-quality DC/DC converters as well as customized electronic assemblies for industrial applications. Maintenance and management of product and product master data in ERP (Business Central) Creation and maintenance of piece lists for products, assemblies and components Documentation and control of change processes in the ERP system Technical work preparation (TAV) incl. planning, implementation and documentation Ensuring smooth transfer of new products and changes to production Creation of work instructions and training of employees in the ERP environment Participation in development projects Coordination with internal departments such as development, construction, purchasing, manufacturing and sales Backoffice support for EMS customer projects, incl.

Complete technical or commercial training with technical understanding Experience in handling ERP systems (e.g. master data management, lists) Structured and careful operation, in particular in technical documentation Good understanding of production processes and technical relationships Communication strength and team capacity Self-employment, reliability and sense of responsibility High level of accuracy and quality awareness Loadability and flexibility Analytical thinking
