Your tasks:

This is your job in the future

• Responsibility for compiling annual accounts and business evaluations
• Examination, confirmation and booking of documents in debitor, creditor and property accounts
• Current monitoring and voting of accounts
• Booking of all relevant business incidents of daily business
• Own takeover of central organizational tasks, e.g. processing of inbox and exit, business correspondence, as well as care of visitors and business partners

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• A commercial training and at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position (booking professional experience is absolutely necessary)
• Structured, independent and responsible way of working
• Pleasure of decision and pragmatic sense of implementation
• Good handling of MS Office applications, as well as initial experience with ERP systems
