Analytical thinking to translate complex business processes into test cases Experience in creating structured test cases, / scenarios; ideally in the insurance industry Practical experience in the testframework Selenium (requested additionally Playwright) Basic programming knowledge in C# Practical experience in Jira and Azure DevOps to integrate the tests into the CI/CD processes Certification ISTQB (Advanced) with proven practical experience (ideally from the insurance industry) Excellent quality awareness and sensitivity for the importance of test quality Strong communication capability to communicate between different stakeholders and to communicate them in a targeted manner Great interest in dealing with different topics and successfully implementing them in the team
