Assessment Services - We support organizations to make best people decisions. Our team stands for scientifically sound aptitude diagnostics, with the help of which we accompany our customers on the way to entrepreneurial success. From the occupation of key strategic positions, the identification of potential carriers, the derivation of tailor-made development plans to the creation of organisation-specific competence and potential models.

Support of our consultants: in the design, preparation, organisation and in part the implementation of consulting projects Working with diagnostic methods and instruments such as assessments, surveys, online procedures and data management Organisational support and participation in customer and internal projects, e.g. product developments, studies, concept developments, statistical and content evaluations and research

You are studying psychology or business management at a university, focusing on business psychology, work and organizational psychology, human resources or human resources management, and at least in the 4th. Semester of your Bachelor Program or in a Gap Year Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in diagnostics or human resources management You have a very secure handling of the entire MS Office package (especially PowerPoint) You are characterized by excellent analytical skills and a structured and independent working style A strong team orientation and communication skills as well as resilience, commitment and flexibility complete your profile We require German knowledge of native language and fluent English skills for our project work
