This is what we expect: As a Product Owner, you take responsibility for sub-areas of our supply chain solution, from vision to go-live, keeping the focus on maximizing business value You actively control the development of our software and the discovery phases, identify, evaluate and validate them together with internal and external stakeholders You create, structure and care our product backlog with meaningful user stories, acceptance criteria and test scenarios You work closely with development teams and stakeholders to ensure continuous product improvement You communicate transparently about product progress, take over their monitoring and documentation and actively contribute to the further development of our organization

That's what you bring: You bring proven experience as a Product Owner in software development, ideally in the field of supply chain, logistics or ERP You have successfully introduced, developed or scaled digital products and can demonstrate concrete successes You master agile methods like Scrum and Kanban profoundly and securely and use tools like Jira or Confluence sovereign You bring experience in the Product Discovery, work quickly into new, even complex, thematic areas and have a high problem solving competence You have pronounced analytical and conceptual skills and communicate safely and clearly in German and English You work independently and self-organized, bring team spirit with you and take responsibility Setlog counts what you can and how you can introduce – regardless of origin, gender, age or life.
