Development of the RRPS control framework in cooperation with internal and external parties (professional areas, auditors) in all business sectors and units. Examinations to ensure control efficiency in the sense of a ''2nd Line of Defense' Implementation of special tasks and projects related to the RRPS control environment Ensure adequate and effective internal controls at RRPS by maintaining and developing the internal control framework of RRPS Creating meaningful regular reporting to board and other stakeholders as well as the (ad hoc) escalation if required First contact for all questions about IKS methodology Active cooperation and support of GPOs in defining and improving controls

Higher education in economics, finance, law or comparable qualifications Outstanding analytical and methodological knowledge from more than 5 years of experience in auditing, consulting or internal control (Big4-Background) Knowledge of internal control systems and relevant international frameworks (in particular COSO) Communication and negotiation skills as well as the ability to communicate complex issues Structured and careful working, analytical strength, business sense and view over the edge of the plate High SAP affinity and good knowledge of common office applications Advantages of IFRS Accounting Excellent knowledge of English and German (in word and writing)
