Manager Corporate Finance & Business Planning (m/f/d)

You create and coordinate business planning, business plans, annual and multiannual planning, and forecasts for the WI Group and prepare these addressable for management and relevant decision-making bodies. You conduct deviation analyses, derive recommendations for action and support the further development of internal control and planning processes. You develop and maintain Excel-based financial models, integrated financial planning as well as scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate business models, projects and investments. An important focus is on the economic calculation of PV, storage and substation projects and the further development of internal costing, evaluation and control tools. You examine project profitability, document quality and economic assumptions in the context of internal release processes, in particular in the ready-to-sales process, and accompany the structured transfer to sales and administration. You analyse investment opportunities, market and industry trends and financial impacts of strategic decisions and prepare complex issues in a comprehensible and decision-oriented manner. In addition, you support corporate-finance issues such as financing, capital requirements, valuation logics, holding structures or the economic development of existing business models. If necessary, you will also participate in transaction, participation or joint venture topics and support relevant analyses and decision bases from a financial perspective.
