Transaction Analyst (f/m/d)

Analysis, structuring and implementation of complex financing (including corporate, LBO, structured and commercial financing) in close cooperation with the relevant relationship managers Coordination of all relevant interfaces – internally and externally Negotiation of financing and security contracts Control of internal credit processes including creation of ratings and credit applications, collection of votes and decisions and, where appropriate, Exercise delegated credit competencies Participation in customer appointments and presentations – you actively contribute your expertise Supporting your own credit portfolio including risk monitoring and control taking into account regulatory requirements Support in the processing of wafers, customer requests and in intensive and refurbishment cases in cooperation with the specialist:innen des Hauss Maintenance and quality assurance of credit lines, collateral and other relevant data Monitoring and analysis of market and industry developments and participation in portfolio analyses

Completed studies of economics, finances or a comparable qualification (e.g. banker:in or banker:in) knowledge of the credit business – in particular in national and international corporate financing, including LBOs and structured financing; Experience in other asset classes is a plus Practical experience in independent analysis, structuring, negotiation and implementation of complex credit transactions as well as the associated contract works Safe handling of complex cash flow models and sensitivity analyses – both for new business and stock management Multiannual experience in the credit analysis of companies of different industries and sizes Deep understanding of national and international accounting Extensive credit assessment and the ability to represent it convincingly before decision-making bodies High level of initiative, resilience and negotiation skills – even in challenging situations Team skills and social skills – you work effectively in larger deal teams and deliver high-quality results under time pressure Safe handling of common standard software as well as modern IT tools, including AI applications and cloud-based work environments English knowledge in word and writing
