On behalf of our client, a successful medium-sized family business in real estate management and in the construction industry of residential and commercial real estate, we are looking for a real estate manager / Property Manager (m/w/d) in the area of Mönchengladbach. In this position, you are responsible for managing assigned objects and are the first contact person for object-relevant questions in Mönchengladbach.

Responsibility for the assigned object management, additional cost accounting and maintenance measures. First contact for tenants for questions and problems related to the managed real estate. Coordination and monitoring of maintenance and renovation measures with external service providers. Processing of tenant accounts and ensuring timely payments and managing accounts. Perform regular object visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Support in the preparation of annual accounts and reporting to the management.

Completed commercial training, study or comparable qualification in the real estate sector Multiannual professional experience in rental and property management or in a similar position Structured, independent operation and a certain communication strength Safe handling of MS Office Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
