Sales Manager Integrated Teams (m/w/d) Stellen-ID: 260658

As a sales manager, you are responsible for the management and further development of the sales team. You shape the strategy to achieve sales and earnings targets, taking into account market development and customer requirements from the internal and external environment for your sales area. On the basis of the sales strategy, you define the short- and medium-term objectives incl. Campaigns/CVM by means of KPI specifications and measures packages for new customers and for expanding existing customers. You are constantly building long-term business relationships with the most valuable prospects and existing customers in the region. You monitor the sustainability of the acquisition for further up and cross-selling after handing over to the Account Manager.

What distinguishes you: Successfully completed university studies - preferably a master's degree. At least 5 years of professional experience as leadership in telecommunications or hardware/software/IT products. Extensive experience in the development and development of sales structures and first experience in personnel management. Safe in dealing with transformation and change processes.
